life is like a box of chocolates
...or more like a boulangerie...
so many choices--form tempting pastries, practical baguettes, to even salty croque-monsieurs. should i try something new, or stick to something i already know is delicious? am i in the mood for something sweet or savory? & can i afford this? oh, the questions!
all the world's a stage
Les 39 Marches
a brilliant, brilliant comedic play. i can't even explain it but it was so clever and unlike any other play i've seen before. props to this little man--Eric Metayer--for aciting, directing, and making us laugh (:
Ensemble Orchestral de Paris
this just makes me soul happy...& it reminds me of what my madame's brother said: "don't expect to be fluent by the time you leave paris--you've just got to get the music of the language." language is so damn fascinating--just like this orchestra i adored
p.s. the man on the right of this picture looks identical to the ron weasely illustrations from the book
Now I've got to see an opera and a ballet
